What systems does Koho integrate with?
Koho integrates with all major coworking management platforms including Nexudus, OfficeRnD, and Operate. We also connect to CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, accounting systems like Xero and QuickBooks, and dozens of other tools. If you need a custom integration, our team can build it.
How long does implementation take?
Most operators are live within 6 weeks. Our implementation process includes data mapping, integration setup, team training, and a dedicated launch support period. We've refined this process across dozens of deployments to minimise disruption to your operations.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Koho is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II compliance, end-to-end encryption, and strict access controls. Your data is yours—we never share it with third parties, and you can export or delete it at any time.
What kind of support do you provide?
Koho Core includes email and priority support with response within 24 hours. Enterprise customers have a dedicated success manager and SLA guarantees. We also provide comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and a community forum.
Can I try Koho before committing?
Yes! You can explore Koho with demo data to see real insights and understand how it works for your business. When you're ready, our team will help you connect your own systems and to get you up and running.
What if I have locations in multiple countries?
Koho supports multi-currency, multi-timezone portfolios out of the box. Our dashboards automatically handle currency conversions for portfolio-wide reporting, and you can drill down into individual locations in their local currency.
How does pricing work?
Koho Core is £350 per location per month, with unlimited users included. Data Health monitoring comes free with every plan. For larger portfolios or custom requirements, our Enterprise plan includes dedicated support, SLAs, and white-label options — talk to our team for details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. We don't believe in lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and we'll help you export your data if needed.
Do I need technical expertise to use Koho?
Not at all. Koho is designed for operators, not data scientists. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Koho. And for the complex stuff, our team is here to help.
