Requesting deletion of your data

If you have connected an advertising or analytics account to Koho and want the data deleted, email [email protected] with the account concerned. You do not need a Koho login to make this request.

We start deleting as soon as you ask, and finish within 24 hours. We will confirm by email when it is done. If we cannot delete something, for example where we are required by law to keep a record, we will tell you what and why.
